Pilates Education
for the Bold
Many fitness education courses teach instructors to be fearful which in turn leads clients to move with fear of injury or damaging their body. At Fearless Fitness Training Academy we are committed to providing you with up-to-date evidence-based practises so that you can train clients with confidence and inspire confidence in them that they are doing the very best for their body.
Our courses are continuing professional development (CPD) courses which have pre-requisites of entry level fitness and dance teaching qualifications. Level 2 and 3 industry recognised qualifications give the foundational knowledge that all professional fitness instructor and dance teachers need in order to teach safe and effective workouts. We build on that knowledge and will sometimes challenge it with the latest evidence.

Naomi Di Fabio created the Fearless Fitness Training Academy to bring together her varied programs under one umbrella. She has been a fitness professional for almost 20 years and prior to that a dancer and dance teacher having studied at the Accademia Internazionale di Danza in Rome.

Formerly Naomi worked for Zumba Fitness as a Zumba Education Specialist, traveling around the world to train tens of thousands of new instructors to teach the Zumba programs. She also recruited and trained new Zumba Education Specialists across Europe and Africa.

She has also worked for Breathe Education developing and delivering Matwork and Reformer Pilates training courses to students across the world.

With experience managing a boutique fitness studio in London as well as running fitness classes in the community, Naomi has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry from training instructors to running businesses, recruitment, marketing, customer service, and much more.
She is committed to providing you with excellent and up-to-date training courses for programs that will enhance your offering and help you to stand out from the crowd. Our courses are not designed to spoon feed you, but we will challenge you to think critically and to use the skills and knowledge you acquire to create and deliver workouts that are effective and appropriate for your clientele.

We look forward to being part of your fitness journey!

After becoming hooked on the benefits of Pilates – increased strength and flexibility, but more importantly, an improvement in her horse riding – she underwent contemporary Pilates training.
After some time, she found Classical Pilates and found that it connected all the missing pieces, further deepening her knowledge and understanding of Pilates.

Clare continuously refines her expertise. She recently completed training in evidence-based Pilates, integrating the latest scientific insights with traditional Pilates principles.
